At last, an ocean view

Our ex post facto due—

Why should the formerly renowned

Have their vistas underground

Or kick the bucket where they may

Instead of falling by feng shui,

Properly positioned west,

Laid eternally with the best:

Even dead, it's never late

To invest in real estate,

A tribute to a death well spent,

A mausoleum heaven-sent,

And private, too, no danger

Of entombment with a total stranger

The grave's too in and chic a spot

To abut a corpse who's not,

So hurry, financing's available,

And, should grieving end, it is resalable.
